Clinic Policy

At Cosmetic Dermal Studio, we commit ourselves to providing efficient skin wellness services to all of our clients to empower them on their skin & cosmetic journey.

Booking Policy

All new clients are required to book an initial skin consultation, prior to any treatment performed. No-show policies apply for all bookings, & the client will be charged a No-show fee of $50.00.

The initial appointment is for a skin consultation, & if it permits safe to proceed, treatments may be performed.

This is dependent on the clinicians’ discretion.

Please allow 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy 

We value your appointment time and understand that life does not always work out as planned. However, we do require at least 24 - 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If notice is not given there will, unfortunately, be a $50 No-show fee that applies. 

Appointment Confirmation 

A confirmation message will be sent via text message at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment by responding to the message or call us to re-schedule, otherwise, we regret a cancellation fee may apply.

Arrival Times 

For all appointments please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment & if you are running late, please kindly let us know. 

Upon arriving late, the clinic reserves the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure our clinician is not late for following appointments.

Accessibility 

We kindly ask you to please park your car in the driveway of our premises, for the courtesy of our neighbours & other road users. Our clinic access is very user friendly, with no stairs or lifts. 

Saturday Appointment Policy 

Due to popular demand for Saturday appointments, we require a pre-paid charge totalling 50% of your appointment total. This charge can be paid over the phone or in the clinic prior to your appointment. The deposit is transferrable to rescheduled appointments, however, please try to inform us at least 48 hours prior. Unfortunately, for no shows the deposit will be forfeited.

Health Complications and Medication 

If you have any health complications, are pregnant or are taking any medication please inform us upon making an appointment, as it may interfere with certain treatments. If you feel any discomfort during or after a treatment, please make your clinician aware immediately. Any information expressed to us will be kept private. 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash & Afterpay. We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards. All appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day as we do not offer accounts.

PRICING POLICY 

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs & personalised treatment packages purchased.

REFUND POLICY

Skin treatment packages are non-refundable & non-transferable.

We do not refund product purchases for change of mind, please choose carefully.
